We’re looking to add an Import Export Supervisor located in Juarez Automotive. Reporting to the Import Export Manager, the Import Export Analyst’s role involves: What a typical day looks like: Reviews contracts for required clauses and identifies omissions. Interfaces with internal and external customers, foreign order administration, freight forwarders, customs officers and other functional areas to ensure coordination and logistics of shipment. Selects carrier/forwarder for shipment of products and prepares documents for freight forwarders. Maintains accurate Import Compliance within the site for all inbound international shipments. Implements and maintains record‑keeping system to comply with U.S. Customs. Performs regular audits as deemed mandatory by Corporate with several departments to identify, disclose and work to fix any potential Import Compliance concerns. Makes entry adjustments with U.S. Customs when necessary. Experience in Harnesses (desirable). The experience we’re looking to add to our team: Intermediate English Bachelor’s degree Review processing methods. May code international freight invoices for inbound shipments, as well as domestic truck load shipments to individual departments within the site. May research short‑paid invoices and resolve any related issues. May maintain and update inbound/outbound carrier routing guide for site per Flex Corporate Logistics guidelines. May distribute routing guide to Purchasing, Shipping and various consejos departments. Notifies departments within the site of any non‑compliant issues. Leads cost improvement/reduction programs.
