Job Description Validate requested billing adjustments. Resolve invoice discrepancies using critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Assist the B2C and billing teams with MEC activities. Support in-scope billing activities daily. Provide excellent customer service through verbal and written communication. Qualifications Advanced English proficiency. At least 1 year of experience in B2C, billing, or collections. Ability and aptitude for learning new concepts. Experience with Oracle is desirable.
