Job Title:Billing AnalystCompany:Agile OneCountry:MexicoWork Type:Full-time, RemoteAbout the RoleAgile One is seeking a Billing Analyst. This role is critical in ensuring accurate billing, reconciliation, and vendor support. You will manage multiple client accounts, validate billing data, and provide proactive solutions to minimize errors and adjustments.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform reconciliation of VMS reports against ERP billing data.Validate markups, ratios, supplier codes, and contract terms using Excel tools (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).Generate reports: line detail, bill vs. paid comparisons, and ad hoc reporting.Monitor and respond to billing inquiries via email and Teams, escalating issues when needed.Assist in audits, adjustment requests, and vendor communication.Participate in team meetings, collaborate with billing teams and suppliers, and contribute process improvement ideas.Candidate Profile3+ years of experience in billing, reconciliation, cash application or junior to mid level in financial analysis.Background in bank reconciliation, credit/treasury analysis, or cash preparation preferred.Strong Excel proficiency and familiarity with ERP systems.Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).Ability to manage high-volume workloads, multitask, and maintain accuracy under pressure.Stable employment history and proactive customer service mindset.What We Are Offering100% remote positionSalary: 28,000 gross negotiable based on experienceWellness programLaw Benefits and some Superior BenefitsLaptop and Headset
