Responsibilities This role will support Corporate and Global Groups & Functions with respect to all HR processes related (Workforce Admin, Total Rewards, Global Mobility, Learning, Talent Management, HR Reporting, etc). Partners with the division on HRC tasks Influences HRVP, HR Sr. Directors, and members of the HRLT for the division on needs of the business Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) level support to business leaders and administrators on My HR Manager Self Service processing Troubleshoot issues, escalates matters to Global Business Services (GBS), HR Operations team or HR Service Center as needed Partner with GBS, HR Operations to provide feedback on systems, report challenges, and identify opportunities to improve service delivery for system users Compile data reports and analyze data as well as report general statistics and insights for market Collaborate with internal HR business partners to solve complex employee questions regarding benefits, leaves of absence and payroll issues Pro-actively partner with business to create talent plans and workforce planning Act as strategic advisor to market on HR programs and reporting Qualifications College diploma helpful in Business or Human Resources Bachelor’s Degree Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources Payroll & benefits administration HR Processes (hires, terminations, changes, total rewards, payroll inputs) HR and Payroll Systems: Service Now and MyServices Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Benefits Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs Internal digital platforms that promote self‑learning Development programs according to Leadership skills Specialized training according to the role Learning experiences with internal and external providers Recognition programs for seniority, behavior, leadership, moments of life, among others Financial wellness programs that will help you reach your goals in all stages of life A flexibility program that will allow you to balance your personal and work life, adapting your working day to your lifestyle Family benefits such as Wellness Line, thousands of agreements and discounts, scholarship programs for your children, aid plans for different moments of life, among others Equal Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
