No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.**Know a little more**: PepsiCoJobsJoin PepsiCo, dare to transform.**Responsibilities**:**The Opportunity**This role will support Corporate and Global Groups & Functions with respect to all HR processes related (Workforce Admin, Total Rewards, Global Mobility, Learning, Talent Management, HR Reporting, etc).**Your Impact.**Your responsibilities would consist of:- Partners with the division on HRC tasks- Influences HRVP, HR Sr. Directors, and members of the HRLT for the division on needs of the business- Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) level support to business leaders and administrators on My HR Manager Self Service processing- Troubleshoot issues, escalate matters to Global Business Services (GBS), HR Operations team or HR Service Center as needed.
