Our production platform serves some of the industry's leading names, and as we continue to expand our portfolio of brands and licenses, we are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Licensing Analyst to help drive our brands to new levels of success. What you’ll do Submission Management: Coordinate the submission process for product approvals, ensuring all required documentation and information are accurate and complete. Workflow Oversight: Monitor the progress of submissions, proactively identifying bottlenecks and addressing any issues to ensure timely approvals. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, merch, and other internal teams to ensure alignment on licensing requirements, timelines, and deliverables throughout the submission and approval process. Documentation Control: Maintain a centralized repository of submission documents and records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Compliance Assurance: Verify that all submissions adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies, conducting thorough reviews as necessary. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize the submission process, implementing enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on submitted materials to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with standards. Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and analyze data related to submissions, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Qualifications A minimum of an undergraduate degree in business or a relevant field, or equivalent experience. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic applications. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. High level of attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Collaborative skills to effectively work with both internal teams and external partners. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders. Serve as the catch-all support for the department, handling a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operations and successful licensing initiatives. 2+ years of experience in a professional setting.
