Buscamos un Head of Marketing & Growth para liderar la estrategia integral de marketing del grupo y de cada marca, garantizando posicionamiento, crecimiento y experiencias memorables.Propósito del Puesto Diseñar y ejecutar las estrategias y experiencias de marketing que impulsen el crecimiento, posicionamiento y diferenciación de Firmus Group y sus cuatro marcas, asegurando una implementación impecable en todos los puntos de contacto digitales, físicos y experienciales.Diseñar, planear y ejecutar la estrategia anual de marketing para Firmus Group y sus marcas.Integrar marketing con ventas, desarrollo de proyectos, operaciones y dirección general.Desarrollar y gestionar el presupuesto de marketing.Crear y actualizar manuales de marca, brand books y sistemas de comunicación.Marketing Digital & WebsiteSupervisar la estrategia digital: contenido, SEO/SEM, pauta, email marketing y funnels.Administrar, actualizar y optimizar los sitios web del grupo y sus micrositios.Monitorear métricas como tráfico, conversiones, performance y experiencia del usuario.Social Media ManagementDiseñar la estrategia de contenido para Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest y YouTube.Supervisar el calendario editorial, fotografía, video, copywriting y programación.Crear campañas para lanzamientos, preventas, proyectos, cultura de empresa y PR.Experiencias, Pop-Ups & ShowroomsDiseñar experiencias inmersivas, activaciones, pop-ups y showrooms alineados al ADN de cada marca.Coordinar producción, montaje, ambientación y logística en colaboración con áreas internas.Estrategia ComercialDiseñar materiales comerciales, dossieres, presentaciones, landings y funnels.Gestionar PR y comunicación externa con medios, influencers y marcas aliadas.Generar cobertura mediática de proyectos, entregas, eventos y filosofía de diseño.Liderazgo & EquipoDirigir al equipo de mercadotecnia: diseño, contenido, social media, foto/video y digital.Fomentar una cultura creativa, analítica y orientada a resultados.Perfil del Candidato Ideal Experiencia~6–10 años en marketing estratégico, idealmente en real estate, arquitectura, lujo, diseño o lifestyle.~ Experiencia demostrada liderando múltiples marcas al mismo tiempo.~ Historial comprobable ejecutando estrategias de crecimiento y branding de alto nivel.Marketing digital, SEO/SEM, pauta, funnels, CRM (Zoho/HubSpot).Dirección creativa, gusto estético impecable y entendimiento del mundo del diseño.Gestión de sitios web, analíticos (GA4), redes sociales y experiencia de usuario.Excelente redacción, storytelling y conceptualización de experiencias.Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok AdsGA4, Meta Business Suite, HotjarFigma, Canva Pro, Adobe SuiteAsana / Notion / ClickUpCRM (Zoho, HubSpot)
