If you’re eager to develop your skills and grow within a thriving, innovative company, we look forward to seeing your contributions.Key ResponsibilitiesDeveloping Pre-Design Deliverables: You will be responsible for creating key pre-design documents, including the Survey Base Sheet, Inventory Base Sheet, Proposed Base Sheet, and Inventory Proposed Base Sheet. These deliverables ensure that the design team has all the necessary information to start a new project confidently.Drafting Schematic Designs: In collaboration with our design team, you will use AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Illustrator to draft schematic designs. Your attention to detail and design expertise will help visualize the project’s direction and bring the concept to life.Drafting Preliminary Designs: Working closely with our design team, you will also assist in drafting preliminary designs, ensuring that the designs reflect our client’s vision while maintaining functionality, aesthetic appeal, and feasibility.Ensuring Accuracy and Compliance: You will ensure that all drawings are accurate and meet local codes and regulations, as directed by the design team. Your ability to maintain these standards will be crucial in ensuring each project is compliant and ready for approval.Collaborating and Refining Designs: As part of the landscape architecture team, you will actively collaborate with team members to refine designs.
