Your work goes far beyond sending emails — you'll be responsible for strategy, execution, optimization, and performance across lifecycle channels.Own lifecycle marketing strategy across the full customer journey, from onboarding and engagement through retention, reactivation, and winbackEnsure lifecycle messaging is timely, relevant, and aligned with each brand's goalsCreate and maintain advanced customer segments based on behavior, engagement, and purchase dataContinuously refine audience logic based on performance insightsTrack lifecycle performance metrics including engagement, conversion, revenue contribution, and retentionAnalyze results and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and testingUse data to inform strategy, prioritization, and ongoing optimizationCampaign Planning & CollaborationCollaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and account managers to deliver high-quality workCommunicate clearly around timelines, priorities, and performanceSupport and manage postcard/direct mail marketing efforts for applicable accountsStrategic, analytical, and comfortable working with dataPassionate about lifecycle marketing, not just email executionAdvanced written and verbal English skillsStrong experience with Klaviyo or similar lifecycle marketing platformsExperience managing email and SMS marketing programsFamiliarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred)A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skillsFully remote work with a pretty flexible schedule
