This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of industrial automation, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in sales management.Key ResponsibilitiesChannel Partner EngagementDevelop and maintain strong professional relationships with current and prospective channel partners in the Mexico market.Gain a deep understanding of partners’ business needs, strategies, and goals.Sales Growth StrategyDrive business growth by leveraging channel partnerships and aligning short-term sales activities with long-term strategic goals.Collaborate with partners to identify growth opportunities, set performance objectives, and establish financial targets.Resource CoordinationEffectively coordinate internal sales resources to meet partner performance objectives.Ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with internal teams for optimal sales support.Conflict ResolutionAddress any sales-related issues or concerns promptly and effectively to maintain strong partner relationships.Compliance and Performance MonitoringEnsure partner compliance with channel programs and agreements.Regularly monitor partner performance against established sales objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.Partner Sales PlanningParticipate in the partner sales planning process, collaborating with channel partners to develop mutual sales objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.Align sales strategies and initiatives to maximize the success of the partner relationship.RequirementsBachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; a master's degree or equivalent qualification is advantageous.Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management, demonstrating exceptional leadership capabilities.Proven experience in channel management or related sales roles, preferably within the engineering sector in the Mexico market.Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and the ability to balance short-term sales goals with long-term objectives.Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with channel partners at all levels.Effective communication and negotiation abilities to resolve sales conflicts and facilitate collaboration.Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.Analytical skills to monitor partner sales performance and identify areas for improvement.Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.Willingness to travel as required, approximately 60% of the time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
