Senior Key Account Manager Channel Location: OC Purina - CuautitlánBusiness: Purina Purpose Leads the development and ensures implementation of the annual customer plans that are aligned with overall business and customer strategies, while achieving profitable sales objectives. A day in life Define and execute strategies and plans for the Customer(s) in line with business requirements Ensure achievement of agreed Customer(s) targets/KPIs (NPS, RIG, TS, CCS, MOGEs, Forecast accuracy etc.) Implement, follow up and update Customer(s) Plans Ensure complete support in development of Category Channel and Field Sales Plans Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies Collaborate with peer Customer Managers to share Customer best practices, liaise with Marketing, CCSD, Field Sales and Supply Chain to drive Customer related initiatives Ensure development of careers, succession plans, development and coaching of direct reports Qualifications More than 8 years in marketing or sales Advanced English Bachelor Degree Understanding of all sales functions (CCSD, Customer, Field) Demonstrated success in a number of diverse sales roles Ability to motivate and develop people What Will Make You Successful More than 8 years in marketing or sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results Seniority Level Associate Employment Type Full-time Job Function / Industry Food and Beverage Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
