We are currently seeking dedicated and bilingual educators who are passionate about creating meaningful classroom experiences and committed to continuous professional growth in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.If you're ready to be part of an innovative learning community, we invite you to apply today.Homeroom Teacher(Minimum 2 years of experience)Lead a homeroom group with confidence and consistency.Design and implement effective lesson plans for diverse learners.Maintain strong communication and positive relationships with families and staff.Team TeachersAt least 1 year of experience with young children (teaching, internships, service, or camps)Support lead teachers in planning and delivering lessonsCollaborate actively in team and school-wide initiativesIdeal Candidate: High energy, creativity, and strong classroom presenceOpen to relearning, unlearning, and growingComfortable working in a collaborative, non-traditional settingQualificationsFull English fluency (spoken, written, and reading); Spanish is a strong asset.Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.Valid teaching certification or license.Experience with progressive methodologies (e.g., Inquiry-Based Learning, PBL, IB).Preferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in Education.Training in Readers & Writers Workshop.Apple Certified Educator.Experience with co-teaching models and the Reggio Emilia approach.Strong background in classroom-based instruction.Employee BenefitsAbove-average benefits package, including savings fund, bonus, leave days, and more.How to ApplyReady to join us?
