As Technical Support Engineer you will be part of the IT Infrastructure team on a part-time basis at the Chihuahua Distribution Center. This role will provide local and remote support to approximately 675 users and 23 sites across the northern region of Mexico. The position is critical to ensuring operational continuity, improving service quality, and supporting technological growth in the region. You will collaborate with a team of four engineers to share tasks and deliver efficient, timely technical support. Responsibilities Provide on-site technical support at the Chihuahua Distribution Center during part-time hours. Deliver remote support to users and sites across the northern region, ensuring quick resolution of incidents. Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, software, and hardware. Monitor and maintain system uptime, performance, resource availability, and security within established guidelines. Respond to service outages and technical issues, escalating when necessary. Collaborate with team members to distribute workload and optimize response times. Document incidents and resolutions to maintain accurate support records. Follow detailed instructions and operational procedures under close supervision. Qualifications Education: Technical degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field. 1+ years in technical support or IT infrastructure roles. Familiarity with Windows OS, networking basics, and hardware troubleshooting. Proficiency in English. Availability for part-time on-site work in Chihuahua.
