Responsabilities Provide L2/L3 support for .NET-based applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Analyze and troubleshoot application errors, performance issues, and integration problems. Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and enhancements. Maintain and optimize SQL databases, including writing queries and stored procedures. Support applications that integrate with Core Java components. Document solutions, create knowledge base articles, and ensure compliance with SLAs. Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
