Collaborate cross-functionallywith HR Business Partners, Centers of Expertise, and external vendors to solve complex challenges and elevate employee experience. Champion a culture of excellence by fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, while coaching and developing your team for long-term success. Drive operational performance by overseeing daily HR shared services, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded, and identifying opportunities for process innovation. Ensure complianceand readiness by standardizing practices across the region, supporting audits, and maintaining alignment with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal policies. Who You Are: You are a strategic and collaborative HR leader with a passion for operational excellence and team development. You thrive in complex environments, use data to drive decisions, and are skilled at building relationships across geographies and functions. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 7+ years of progressive HR operations experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role. Proven ability to lead HR shared services at a multi-national company. Strong knowledge of HR systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors), payroll platforms (e.g., TRESS, Dayforce), and HR ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.). Fluent in English and Spanish Desired Skills and Experience Deep understanding of labor laws in the US, Canada, and Mexico Ability to leverage data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.) to communicate insights and support strategic HR decision-making Strong influencing and presentation skills across all organizational levels. Experience driving process improvements and navigating ambiguity. Experience managing teams and budgets across multiple geographies.
