We're hiring a Manager, Global HR Operations to lead a talented regional team based in Mexico.

You Will Be Supporting Meaningful Work By:

• Lead and empower a high-performing regional HR support team that delivers consistent, high-quality service across payroll, benefits, compensation, learning, technology, and more.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR Business Partners, Centers of Expertise, and external vendors to solve complex challenges and elevate employee experience.
• Champion a culture of excellence by fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, while coaching and developing your team for long-term success.
• Drive operational performance by overseeing daily HR shared services, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded, and identifying opportunities for process innovation.
• Ensure compliance and readiness by standardizing practices across the region, supporting audits, and maintaining alignment with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal policies.

Who You Are:

You are a strategic and collaborative HR leader with a passion for operational excellence and team development. You thrive in complex environments, use data to drive decisions, and are skilled at building relationships across geographies and functions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR operations experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead HR shared services at a multi-national company.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors), payroll platforms (e.g., TRESS, Dayforce), and HR ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.).
• Fluent in English and Spanish

Desired Skills And Experience

• Deep understanding of labor laws in the US, Canada, and Mexico
• Ability to leverage data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.) to communicate insights and support strategic HR decision-making
• Strong influencing and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
• Experience driving process improvements and navigating ambiguity.
• Experience managing teams and budgets across multiple geographies.
