About the Position As a Technical Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the Site Technology design database forward. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and modifying the database according to approved engineering standards. Additionally, you will lead the chemical process optimization of production capacity, raw material, and energy consumption at the Matamoros Site. Main Responsibilities You will develop strategies for continuous improvement of raw material, water, energy & gas units' consumptions. You will provide guidance to the Process Engineering Department to identify opportunities and implement actions to maintain production capacity. You will identify and eliminate equipment capacity restrictions (debottlenecking) to increase operation capacity. You will design and implement plans for critical equipment identification and process knowledge updating. You will establish an action plan for review of operation procedures and update Operational Conditions Standard. Knowledge and Experience Required A Chemical Engineer with more than 15 years of experience in the Chemical Industry is required. Spanish & English proficiency is essential. Production experience of the hydrofluoric acid process is necessary. Coordination experience in Research and Development Projects is a must. Management experience in Process Engineering, Laboratory, and Quality Management System is required. Deep knowledge in raw materials specifications and final products specifications is necessary. Knowledge in environmental legal requirements and ISO Standard is required. Process Safety Management Knowledge is a must. #J-18808-Ljbffr
