Mission Manage the APQP process with suppliers to achieve non-event launches in alignment to OEM and IES specific requirements. Coordinate and manage supplier PPAP’s to closure utilizing supplier portal. Engage with the POAE Plant SQE on risks and containment during launch. Manage program changes with suppliers 6 months after SOP. On time PPAP, on‑time APQP, Supplier ppm, Green (non‑event) launches. Responsibilities Contribute to the selection of new suppliers and to commodity strategy definition. Conduct feasibility assessments with potential suppliers prior to nomination, collect technical data and drawings with Engineering Program Manager (EPM), and communicate with suppliers to ensure feasibility commitment is achieved. Support the nomination process prior to the sourcing committee. Manage the APQP/PPAP process with suppliers: manage supplier to reach PPAP on‑time together with program buyers and Supplier Program Manager (SPM), develop a supplier risk mitigation plan, monitor APQP deliverables, analyse first off‑tool parts, enforce a convergence process, ensure cascading of OEM and Project SC and CCs, monitor mountability and packaging validation, lead Run@Rate at supplier facility, submit PPAP status to SPM and Plant SQE, validate ISAR with supplier, report progress for each program and each supplier. Supplier launch to SOP: prepare incoming inspection with Plant SQE, supervise supplier ramp‑up, ensure supplier NCN’s are generated in SAP‑QM, conduct lessons learned session with supplier and register lessons learned. Change management: ensure transparent change management process, maintain part status during launch. Supplier development after SOP: support Supplier Development Leader with program performance analysis and lessons learned. Qualifications Experience in APQP/PPAP processes, supplier management, risk mitigation, and automotive quality standards (e.g., VDA 6.3) is required. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills are essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
