The business supports some of the largest and most demanding industrial, automotive and electronics companies worldwide, with a strong footprint across the Americas.This position is ideal for someone on an upward trajectory who is ready to take ownership of multi-site manufacturing operations, strengthen leadership capability across plants and drive a culture of care, clarity and hands-on operational excellence.Our client operates across more than thirty countries and is investing significantly in its growth across Latin America. As part of this expansion, they are seeking an operations director who can build trust with plant teams, improve processes end-to-end and set the standard for performance, people development and Lean deployment.In this role you will lead operations across multiple sites in Mexico, ensuring the right structure, behaviors and processes are in place to deliver sustainable results. You will work closely with site leaders, engineering and regional management to build capability on the shop floor, strengthen cross-functional collaboration and accelerate operational maturity.This opportunity will suit a proven operations leader with a background in packaging, manufacturing or other process-driven industries. Strong Lean experience is essential, alongside the ability to communicate with clarity, develop teams and lead from the front in fast-changing environments.
