The Role We’re looking for a Sr. Manager - Client Managed Services to join our Cloud Managed Services team, reporting to the Director of Rebase Services . In this role, you’ll help shape how we deliver secure, efficient, and high-impact upgrade solutions for our global clients, enabling them to fully leverage improvements to the Calypso platform. You’ll fit right in if you’re a strong leader, client-focused, and passionate about driving operational excellence , love working across teams and time zones, and get energy from solving complex challenges that make a real impact on a global scale. What You’ll Do Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver successful Calypso version upgrades for Cloud clients. Define and implement automated regression testing strategies tailored to client needs. Collaborate with Cloud Ops, Customer Support, PM, and Engineering teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Communicate progress and results to clients and management through regular updates and status meetings. Drive talent development, goal setting, and performance reviews to build a high-performing team. What You’ll Bring 10+ years of experience in IT projects within the capital markets industry. 3+ years of experience leading professional teams. Strong knowledge of financial software (Calypso preferred; Murex, Summit, Kondor+, Aladdin, or SimCorp also valuable). Excellent communication and client-facing skills in global environments. Ability to design solutions that exceed KPIs and improve operational efficiency. Nice to Have Calypso implementation or upgrade experience. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CFA, PMP, MBA). Familiarity with test automation and market data tools (Bloomberg, SWIFT, MarkIt). This position will be located in Mexico and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
