Descripción del trabajo Title: End User Support Analyst Mode: Contract Duration: 6-12 Months Contract + Possible Extension (Depending on business needs) Industry Type: Oilfield Location: Mexico City Shift: Working a 12hr shift for a 14 ON/7 OFF or a 7 ON/7 OFF period. Client is currently hiring an End User Support Analyst. This is an office-based position with 12-hour rotation shift. You will be responsible for monitoring real-time drilling and wireline data, incident management, and data quality assurance. It demands the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers and will challenge your ability to perform in a high-paced environment. Member will be provided goals which must be met on a monthly basis to continue employment. Essential Responsibilities Troubleshooting of incidents and escalation Help maintain and develop Standard Operating Procedures Communicate and facilitate continuous improvement Work with regional and global teams to ensure resilience of service and information security Additional projects as assigned by Services Center Manager or Group Lead Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's Degree in IT, Science or Engineering 1-2 years of oilfield operational experience Customer Service or IT experience Knowledge of incident management systems Ability to facilitate multi-cultural, multi-location teams Commitment to customer service and ability to work in a team oriented environment Self-directed, goal oriented and innovative Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail oriented and experienced in working with strict deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong desire to develop and grow in knowledge and experience Ability to multi-task in a fast paced dynamic environment Job Type Contract Pay $40,****** - $45,****** per month Experience Customer Support: 2 years (required) Incident Management: 2 years (required) Oilfield: 2 years (preferred) ITIL: 1 year (preferred) ServiceNow: 1 year (preferred) Work Location In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
