Role : Performance Tester Engineer Location: Mexico (onsite )Years Of Experience : 5+ YearsResponsibilitiesDesign and develop performance test scripts using LoadRunner, NeoLoad, and JMeter (nice to have) for web and multi-protocol applications.Utilize performance monitoring tools such as New Relic, AppDynamics, and Dynatrace for real-time diagnostics and performance insights.Analyze test results to identify system bottlenecks, and provide root cause analysis and performance tuning recommendations.Work across teams to define performance test requirements, test data needs, and workload models.Generate comprehensive performance test reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.Perform end-to-end performance testing across cloud and on-prem environments, leveraging cloud-based testing tools where applicable.Collaborate with DevOps and Development teams for continuous performance improvement across CI/CD pipelines.Nice to have: exposure to CRM systems, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and containerized environments (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
