Role : Performance Tester Engineer

Location: Mexico (onsite )

Years Of Experience : 5+ Years

Responsibilities

• Design and develop performance test scripts using LoadRunner, NeoLoad, and JMeter (nice to have) for web and multi-protocol applications.

• Utilize performance monitoring tools such as New Relic, AppDynamics, and Dynatrace for real-time diagnostics and performance insights.

• Analyze test results to identify system bottlenecks, and provide root cause analysis and performance tuning recommendations.

• Work across teams to define performance test requirements, test data needs, and workload models.

• Generate comprehensive performance test reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Perform end-to-end performance testing across cloud and on-prem environments, leveraging cloud-based testing tools where applicable.

• Collaborate with DevOps and Development teams for continuous performance improvement across CI/CD pipelines.

• Nice to have: exposure to CRM systems, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and containerized environments (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
