Descripción del trabajo Job description Process Engineer will be responsible of bring support on existing product lines to meet KPI's metrics and drive applicable projects that can have positive impact for the organization. Responsibilities Bring support to existing product lines. Drives continuous improvement on productivity, scrap reduction and operations improvement Lead the manufacturing teams to achieve improvements. Lead the product lines transfers. Conduct validation process (IQ/OQ/PQ). Manage technical changes to existing products through ECR, ECO, and deviation processes (Variance). Improve existing fixtures and tooling. Work in conformance to established manufacturing processes and procedures. Job Requirements / Requirements 3+ years of experience Ability to manage project meetings. Works well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload. Flexibility to travel & a clean driving license Strong interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem Solving skills. Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Lean manufacturing Knowledge. Experience with Drawings, BOMs, Routings, Manufacturing Procedures and product specifications. Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and tolerancing per drawings Knowledge about standard ANSI. Competency with software programs (Word, Excel, Visio, MS Project and Solidworks) Finished career (Industrial Engineering, Mechatronic / Mechanical). Previous experience medical devices Industry (desirable). Work experience under ISO***** (desirable). Automatization Knowledge (desirable). Tooling design Knowledge (desirable).
