Estamos buscando un/a Marketing Specialist Semi Senior Si te mueve la ejecución impecable, el marketing con datos y la coordinación de muchos frentes al mismo tiempo, este rol es para ti. ¿Qué harás en este rol? Serás una pieza clave para la ejecución operativa y la optimización de nuestras iniciativas digitales en web, CRM, SEO y Paid Media. Trabajarás de forma muy cercana con la Head de Marketing, el CCO, equipos internos y agencias para asegurar que todo se ejecute en tiempo, forma y bajo mejores prácticas. Este rol es para alguien organizado, detallista, con gran capacidad de seguimiento, comunicación clara y habilidad para convertir instrucciones y datos en acciones concretas. Responsabilidades principales Web & SEO – Coordinación y ejecución de actualizaciones de contenido en el sitio (copys, imágenes, módulos). – Soporte en optimizaciones y revisiones con equipos internos y agencias. – Monitoreo de palabras clave, performance orgánica y salud del sitio. – Elaboración de reportes mensuales con Google Analytics y Search Console. Paid Marketing & CRM / Email Marketing – Apoyo en la ejecución de campañas pagadas (Google Ads, Meta, etc.): carga de assets, configuraciones, QA y seguimiento diario. – Coordinación con agencias para asegurar entregables y optimizaciones. – Monitoreo de métricas clave (CTR, CPC, conversiones) e insights semanales. Análisis & Reportes – Configuración y validación de etiquetado (UTMs, tracking). – Reportes quincenales o mensuales integrando SEO + Paid. – Análisis de ROI y apoyo en decisiones estratégicas con datos. Coordinación Operativa – Gestión de entregables con agencias y proveedores (contenido, diseño, SEO, traducción). – Asegurar calidad, tiempos y seguimiento de proyectos. – Consolidación de aprendizajes e implementación de mejoras estratégicas. ¿Qué buscamos en ti? Muy organizado/a, detallista y orientado/a a una ejecución de alto nivel. Proactivo/a, con habilidad para anticiparse y resolver. Buen/a comunicador/a, cómodo/a coordinando con varios equipos. Con base analítica para traducir datos en decisiones operativas. Flexible, colaborativo/a y capaz de manejar múltiples proyectos. Requisitos – Licenciatura en Marketing, Comunicación, Negocios o afín. – 2 a 4 años de experiencia en marketing digital, CRM o web. – Manejo de herramientas como: Google Analytics, Search Console, Tableau, Metricool, Semrush, plataformas de CRM/emailing y CMS. – Conocimiento práctico de SEO y Paid Marketing. – Experiencia con agencias (deseable). – Plus: HubSpot u otro CRM.
