The position and your daily adventures This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, therefore we are looking forward to seeing you in our office 2-3 times per week. What you can expect: Develop and execute the business strategy for a credit card vertical, aligning with company goals. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities to enhance product offerings. Own the P&L of one of our credit card verticals, ensuring revenue growth and profitability. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as portfolio growth, customer acquisition, retention, and credit performance. Optimize pricing, fees, and rewards structures to balance customer value and profitability. Work closely with credit risk teams to refine underwriting policies and risk strategies. What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field. Solid experience in credit cards, banking, consulting, or financial services. Strong understanding of credit cards, risk management, and regulatory frameworks. Experience in product management, financial analysis, and P&L ownership. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
