Customer Success Manager (Credit & Funding) Location: Remote (LATAM Only) Company Overview: Our client is a U.S.-based financial services company that helps consumers access business funding, often at 0% interest, through strategic use of business credit, personal credit optimization, and funding programs. Their mission is to empower entrepreneurs and business owners with clear guidance, trust-based relationships, and reliable access to capital. Position Overview: We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for clients who have already purchased services. The focus is on onboarding, relationship management, document collection, and guiding clients through the funding process with clarity and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Meet with clients who have already purchased services and guide them through onboarding Collect, review, and organize required credit and financial documentation Clearly explain funding steps, timelines, and next actions to clients Build trust and long-term relationships with U.S.-based clients Route clients to the appropriate internal managers or departments Maintain accurate, detailed client records within the CRM Track client progress, follow-ups, and documentation status Support clients throughout the funding lifecycle to ensure satisfaction Identify opportunities for additional products or services when relevant (commission eligible) Ensure a smooth handoff between departments and maintain internal communication Required Qualifications: Understanding of the U.S. credit system Prior experience in client success, customer service, sales roles, or account management Hands‑on experience using CRMs to manage clients, documentation, and follow‑ups High professionalism and confidence communicating with U.S. clients Ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple, clear language Preferred Qualifications: Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) Background in business funding, lending, credit repair, or financial consulting Experience working with U.S.-based consumers in a client‑facing role Comfort identifying upsell opportunities without aggressive sales tactics Client relationship management Process‑driven follow‑up and documentation Employment Type: Remote Full-Time (40 hours per week) Compensation: $1,600 per month + commission on additional products sold Why Join This Role?
