They specialize in executing targeted strategies that deliver measurable ROI for their diverse clientele.🌟 About the RoleWe’re looking for a versatile, hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist who can confidently manage multiple channels, campaigns, and client accounts. This role is ideal for someone with 3 years of experience who’s proactive and able to execute across SEO, paid ads, outbound email, and social media. You should be comfortable managing day-to-day tasks, optimizing performance, and providing clear reporting.ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Campaign ManagementExecute and optimize SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, keyword research, tracking)Manage client accounts and serve as the main point of contact for campaign updates and deliverablesPlan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max)Run Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook/Instagram), including audience targeting, creatives, and performance trackingEmail Marketing & Outbound OutreachResponsible for managing outbound email outreach using email warmup softwareBuild targeted prospect lists based on ideal customer profiles and campaign goalsCraft effective cold email sequences that drive engagement and conversionsWarm up domains and sending accounts to protect deliverability and maintain high inbox placementMonitor outreach performance, analyze deliverability, and troubleshoot inbox placement issuesContinuously improve messaging, subject lines, and campaign structure through testing and analyticsManage and optimize warm, cold, and automated flows using Klaviyo or similar platformsContent & Social MediaCreate and schedule social media content across major platformsAssist in building content calendars and engagement strategiesMonitor social performance and suggest improvementsReporting & OptimizationTrack campaign performance across all channels and provide weekly/monthly reportsAnalyze data to identify trends, wins, and optimization opportunitiesEnsure all deliverables are executed on time with strong attention to detailRequired Skills & Expertise3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketingSolid understanding of SEO principles and tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs)Experience with copy writing and integration with other platforms (Zapier)Experience with Google Ads and Meta AdsStrong email marketing skills, including outbound email strategy, sequencing, and deliverability best practicesExperience using email warmup platforms and outreach toolsAbility to manage multiple client accounts at onceGood communication skills and a proactive, “get-it-done” mindsetComfortable building reports and explaining results to clientsBonus Skills (Nice to Have)Experience with CRM toolsWho You AreA scrappy, organized, data-driven marketer who loves juggling different tasks and channels.
