We are expanding and are seeking an experienced Vice President, Global Sales, to lead commercial growth, taking ANRA to the next level. This role is highly hands-on and field-driven, built for a leader who excels at shaping early deals, driving enterprise and government sales cycles, and opening new markets in regulated aviation environments. Key Responsibilities Revenue & Territory Leadership Own revenue generation across Europe with emphasis on ANSPs, regulators, defense/security, and enterprise customers Build and execute GTM strategies tailored to each region’s regulatory and commercial landscape Lead full-cycle enterprise and public-sector deals—prospecting, shaping, negotiating, and closing Deal Strategy & Execution Drive complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles Shape opportunities early, including RFP/RFI strategy, requirements framing, competitive positioning, and pricing Build trusted relationships with ANSPs, civil aviation authorities, defense agencies, and enterprise decision-makers Market & Partner Development Identify and develop channel partners, systems integrators, and strategic alliances Represent ANRA in industry forums and working groups Partner with marketing to position ANRA’s airspace management platforms across both regions Team Building Hire, lead, and develop regional sales/business development talent as the team scales Establish strong forecasting discipline, CRM hygiene, and repeatable sales processes Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and executives to align customer needs with roadmap priorities Qualifications Required 8+ years of enterprise or government aviation software sales, ATM/UTM solutions, ANSP systems, or aerospace digital platforms Proven success closing mid- to large-scale enterprise, government, or ANSP dealsExperience selling complex, technical systems into regulated aviation or defense environments Strong understanding of the U-space/UTM/ATM ecosystem, market dynamics, and procurement processes Prior experience in a startup or scale-up environment with a hands-on, “do-what-it-takes” mindset Ability to travel frequently across Europe and North America to engage customers and partners EU Citizenship Preferred Experience selling SaaS or cloud-native mission, geospatial, or airspace technologies Knowledge of both European and North American commercial drone and AAM markets Compensation & Benefits Competitive EU base salary Performance-based variable compensation with strong upside tied to revenue targets Equity participation - meaningful ownership in a fast-scaling global aviation software company Flexible work environment across global teams Opportunity to build and scale one of the most advanced aviation software companies in the world #J-18808-Ljbffr
