This includes understanding client requirements, evaluating candidates in the pool, and ensuring that the right profiles are presented for the right roles. The role is critical to guaranteeing fast, high-quality matches that lead to successful placements. Beyond matching, this position supports pipeline health, interview coordination, and reporting, ensuring an efficient and transparent process for both clients and candidates.
