General Manager, LATAM – Taptap Send is an exciting opportunity to lead growth, P&L and community strategy for the US, EU and LATAM corridors in a fast‑paced fintech. Responsibilities Own the P&L for your corridor from beginning to end. Build trust‑based relationships with diaspora communities through in‑person and online communication. Conduct regular customer research with transfer senders to inform product and marketing decisions. Initiate, negotiate and build partnerships with community associations and organizations. Set up offline and online advertising campaigns to acquire and retain users. Source and lead community ambassadors and influencers. Manage agencies for paid media, creatives and events. Manage customer CRM and optimize operations with product, ops and engineering teams. Requirements Fluency in English and Spanish. 6‑8 years of experience in high‑growth startups, marketing or scale‑ups. Deep knowledge of, and networks within, the Latin American diaspora. Experience managing influencers and ambassadors in Latin American communities. Experience in offline and performance marketing preferred. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Owner mindset and proven success handling customer acquisition channels and hitting growth targets. Strong analytical skills and data‑driven decision making. Metrics‑driven focus and a track record of beating ambitious targets. Extra plus if you have proven experience managing a P&L (responsible for revenue growth and profitability). Strong business development and partnership background is a plus.
