Our Sales and Marketing teams work closely to engage, qualify, and support potential clients across multiple channels. The Opportunity We are looking for a Social Media Sales Analyst to join our team and support our Sales department by managing and converting inbound social media inquiries. This role plays a key part in identifying qualified leads, delivering excellent customer service, and helping the firm meet performance and revenue goals. You will be joining a collaborative, fast-paced team that values accountability, growth, and results. What You’ll Do Respond to and engage with potential clients through social media direct messages Monitor and reply to comments on posts, stories, and ads across social platforms Qualify incoming leads and identify eligibility for the firm’s services Collaborate with Sales Analysts and Consultants to support lead follow-ups Re-engage qualified prospects through social media when phone contact attempts are unsuccessful Request, review, and analyze client documentation related to their case Apply subject matter knowledge to guide prospects and encourage conversion Support daily social media and lead management tasks Work with AI-enhanced workflows to improve efficiency and response quality Follow departmental procedures and complete additional duties as assigned What We Offer $6 USD per hour base pay Monthly performance-based incentives 100% remote position 40 hours per week minimum Schedule availability within the following timeframes: Weekdays: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST Weekends: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. PST Structured training and onboarding Performance-driven environment with clear expectations Opportunities for growth within the Sales and Marketing teams Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years of experience in social media, sales, or customer-facing roles Experience using Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Strong sales mindset and comfort working in a metrics-driven environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Strong written communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based, in-office environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
