HRBP (human resources business partner) SR Objetivo del puesto El HRBP será parte fundamental del área de People & Culture, impulsando iniciativas de talento, liderazgo y cultura organizacional. Asegurar la ejecución local de proyectos globales, promoviendo el desarrollo del equipo y la alineación con la visión corporativa. Responsabilidades Coordinar programas de capacitación ejecutiva y desarrollo de liderazgo. Apoyar procesos de atracción y selección de talento clave. Implementar proyectos relacionados con la nueva cultura organizacional ("International Way"). Dar seguimiento a iniciativas de gestión de talento (desempeño, sucesión, desarrollo). Colaborar en estrategias de Compensación & Beneficios junto con el equipo global. Apoyar en temas de Employee Relations y clima organizacional. Participar en eventos internos y acciones de engagement. Requerimientos Licenciatura en Psicología, Administración, Recursos Humanos o afín. Mínimo 7 años de experiencia en roles generalistas de HR. Experiencia en desarrollo de talento, cultura, C&B, reclutamiento o DO. Capacidad de trabajo en entornos multiculturales y dinámicos. Inglés avanzado (C1) Indispensable. Beneficios Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 9:00 am a 6:00 pm Modalidad: Tiempo Completo, 100% nómina, Híbrido en CDMX (3 días presencial, 2 días home office) Sueldo: $70,000 a $80,000 brutos mensuales. #J-18808-Ljbffr
