The Role Masttro is looking for an experienced PMO Consultant ("Junior or Senior Associate") that will join Masttro's Client Success Team. The Client Success Team works closely with Masttro's clients to manage the user experience and the new client onboarding process. What You'll Do Responsible for managing the client support workflow which includes the project management function and ticketing system supporting Client Success from inception to resolution, owning the prioritization efforts and tracking metrics around completed/aging tickets. Oversees day‑to‑day project execution leading to timely delivery and quality outcomes while communicating across teams. Executes the full project lifecycle including reviewing and monitoring work‑plans, managing against milestones, understanding stakeholders, defining scope, goals, and deliverables. Uses deep knowledge of when and how to engage internal escalation processes and articulately document client and product patterns/trends. Identifies, tracks, and reports key client satisfaction metrics, trends, and opportunities for client growth to management. Spearheads the Client Success internal knowledge repository by aggregating information across all lines of communication to maintain a central place for knowledge sharing based on learned events. Cultivates an understanding of customers' business needs, challenges, goals and Masttro use cases to maximize their growth and operational efficiency. Partners with team members to resolve client needs, both on the phone and in‑person/via video conferencing. Collaborates with global colleagues and communicate across cultures to meet client needs. Deeply engages with the product - stays current on enhancements, manages client feedback, and understands client usage to enhance client adoption of the Masttro platform. Who You Are Bachelor's degree; MBA and/or Project Management certifications are a plus Exposure to Project Management life cycle either as a Project Manager or stakeholder. 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in a client success role, preferably in the financial services, wealth management or FinTech industries Must speak, read and write Spanish fluently. Self‑starter who takes ownership and can lead/manage projects independently. Experience with portfolio performance & risk analytics. Knowledge of financial securities and Alternative Investment products (e.g., Private Equity, Hedge Funds) and familiarity with other net‑worth reporting platforms is preferable. Experience working in a family office or relationship management with high‑net‑worth families is a plus. Interest in gaining exposure across the client lifecycle with interest in a career path to the Onboarding/Service Consultant role. Highly organized professional with attention‑to‑detail and excellent follow‑through. Strong analytical skills, ability to work with detailed financial or other data. Experience working with institutional or private clients in financial services is preferable. Excellent communication skills. Flexible to mínimal travel as needed to support clients. Strong client interpersonal skills, focused on solutioning.
