What You'll Do Own and manage our recruiting systems, including our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), sourcing tools (Clay, Apollo, Gem), and headcount planning processes Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Ops, Recruiting, L&D, Marketing, and Business stakeholders to align on priorities and drive results Who You Are 1-3 years of experience in recruiting operations, systems administration, or talent programs at a high-growth company Comfortable owning recruiting systems and workflows, with working knowledge of ATS and sourcing tools Experience using AI features within recruiting tools to streamline and enhance team performance Strong skills in Google Sheets or Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic modeling Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and navigating ambiguity Why You'll Love Working at Apollo At Apollo, we're driven by a shared mission: to help our customers unlock their full revenue potential.
