We’re built on a foundation of integrity, tenacity, and results, and are now preparing to double our business volume through the addition of a high‑performing Acquisition Manager. This role is essential in driving deal flow, revenue growth, and long‑term stability for the company. Responsibilities & Qualifications Conduct 5+ seller calls per day, following proven scripts and sales processes. Build rapport with homeowners, uncover their needs, and present tailored real estate solutions. Manage and update the lead pipeline, ensuring every opportunity is followed through. Track performance metrics and maintain clear communication with the company founder. Support ongoing improvement of acquisition processes and conversion strategies. Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written). Strong listening and interpersonal abilities to engage, empathize, and influence. Comfortable having difficult conversations while maintaining professionalism and tact. Highly driven, consistent, and disciplined, willing to put in the work every day. Familiarity with real estate or inside sales is a strong advantage. Must be based in Latin America, working in CST‑aligned hours. Previous experience with real estate acquisitions or lead management.
