This role focuses on performing transactional and administrative tasks under supervision, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to defined processes.You will work closely with Senior Analysts and cross-functional teams to support day-to-day OTC operations, contribute to data quality, and help maintain smooth end-to-end OTC processes. The specific activities supported by this role may vary based on business needs, volume, and workload allocation.Your responsibilitiesPerform transactional and operational OTC activities in ERP systems in line with defined procedures and controlsSupport data validation, reconciliations, and documentation to ensure data accuracy and completeneAssist with preparation of standard OTC reports and operational metricsMaintain accurate records and supporting documentation for audit and compliance purposesIdentify issues or exceptions and escalate them to Analysts or Senior Analysts as appropriateFollow established processes, controls, and escalation pathsThe experience we're looking for0–2 years of experience in finance operations, shared services, or Order-to-Cash rolesFamiliarity with OTC operational processes such as cash application, collections support, disputes, or reporting is an advantageExperience working with ERP systems and Excel preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with dataWillingness to learn and operate within structured processesThe skills for successOTC Transaction ProcessingData Validation and ReconciliationReporting PreparationERP Systems (SAP preferred)Excel and Data AccuracyProcess AdherenceAttention to DetailWhat we offerWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.We invest in the wellbeing of our people through parental benefits, an Employee Assistance Program to promote mental health, and life insurance for all employees globally.
