Your Key Responsibilities Agreement Analysis: Study and break down the clauses and terms of the USMCA to identify opportunities and challenges for the company. Trade Management: Develop and manage trade strategies aligned with the USMCA to boost foreign trade and enhance the company\'s competitiveness. Regulatory Compliance: Oversee and ensure that all operations comply with the regulations and requirements specified in the USMCA and other relevant agreements. International Relations: Maintain active communication with trade partners in the U.S., Mexico, and Canada to facilitate significant agreements and collaborations. Training: Provide advice and training to internal teams on key aspects of the USMCA and other free trade agreements. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on changes in trade policies and regulations that may affect the USMCA and other areas of international trade. Activity Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on the impact and results of strategies implemented in relation to the USMCA Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in international Trade, International Relations, Economics, Law, or related fields. Ideally, postgraduate studies focused on international trade or treaties. Minimum of 2 years of experience in international trade, with a clear focus on free trade agreements. Specific experience with the USMCA is highly desirable. Extensive knowledge of USMCA regulations and policies, and strong analytical skills to interpret trade agreements. Advanced English. Strong working knowledge of international shipping documentation and incoterms. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with advanced knowledge of Excel.
