About the Position: We are looking for a Key Account Specialist to joinCommercial & Marketing Team, reporting directly to the Key Account Manager. This position is based at our office in Aguascalientes, Mexico. Your Responsibilities will be: Order Intake: actively support achievement of Order Intake assigned targets being accountable for data collection to prepare actual and end of year forecast. Handle all claims processing activities for assigned customer portfolio, supporting prompt and accurate resolution in alignment with company policies and targets. Account Growth: Develop trusted advisor relationships with accounts, customer stakeholders. Ensure thetimely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives. Collaboration and Mentoring: Work closely with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Analytical Reporting: Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product/services. Prepare reports on account status and communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed. Credit Collection Supports: monitor Customer's payment status being accountable to esure on-time payments interfacing with Customer and internal departments and supporting Customer Support in the credit collection task What Qualifications you will bring: Minimum Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Industrial Engineering or in a field related to the specialty area. Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years in account management, with a proven track record in a role that requires deep industry or product specialization Lancuage: Business English Other skills that we would welcome: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage current and new customers Customer Service Skills Ability to use initiative seeking new customer opportunities Expectations from you in this position: Successfully navigate and deepen relationships with accounts within the specialty area, becoming recognized as a trusted advisor. Achieve targeted revenue growth and account retention rates through effective account planning and execution of growth strategies. Actively support initiatives that enhance product offerings and client satisfaction based on in-depth industry insights and client feedback. Foster strong internal collaboration that results in improved offerings and client experiences within the specialty area. Continuously expand industry or product knowledge, maintaining a position as a go-to expert within the company for the specialty area.
