About the Position: We are looking for Specialist Account Management to join Commercial & Marketing Teambecge reporting directly to the Account Manager. This position is based at our office in Aguascalientes, Mexico. The Specialist Account Management is a pivotal role within our Account Management team, focusing on managing and growing relationships with a specific subset of clients within a targeted industry or product line. This role requires a deep understanding of both the clients’ business needs and our company’s offerings, with the goal of becoming a trusted advisor and partner to our clients. The Specialist Account Management is expected to identify and leverage opportunities for growth within their specialty area, enhance client satisfaction, and ensure that our solutions are effectively meeting the unique challenges and opportunities faced by their clients. Your Responsibilities will be: Order Intake: actively support achievement of Order Intake assigned targets being accountable for data collection to prepare actual and end of year forecast. Handle all claims processing activities for assigned customer portfolio, supporting prompt and accurate resolution in alignment with company policies and targets. Account Growth: Develop trusted advisor relationships with accounts, customer stakeholders. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives. Collaboration and Mentoring: Work closely with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Analytical Reporting: Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product/services.
