Our client is a global leader in industrial cooling and heat transfer solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager, Latin America to accelerate regional growth and strengthen commercial presence, with a strategic focus on Mexico. Reports directly to the General Manager in Mexico, and works cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Regional Leadership teams. KEY QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Experience   Minimum 5+ years in business development or technical sales, ideally within industrial cooling, refrigeration, or HVAC manufacturing Proven success developing new business through established industry relationships and expanding market share across Latin America Well-established network within the HVAC and industrial cooling sectors, with strong understanding of regional customers, market channels, and industry influencers Demonstrated ability to build influence with consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers to drive specification and order growth Strong background managing cross-functional, multicultural teams in a collaborative commercial environment Experienced in value-based selling, pricing strategy, and strategic account management Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is preferred but not mandatory. Technical Skills   Solid foundation in mechanical engineering, thermal systems, and heat transfer principles Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer value propositions Skilled in conducting technical presentations, system analyses, and solution design discussions Comfortable interpreting engineering data, performance curves, and specifications to support customer decision-making Strong analytical and financial acumen, capable of assessing market data, pricing, and business performance Proficient in CRM tools and digital sales platforms for pipeline tracking and opportunity management Demonstrated Competencies   Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and agile in dynamic business environments Strategic thinker with a disciplined, results-driven mindset Persuasive communicator, able to influence across technical and executive levels Relationship-builder who cultivates long-term trust and partnership Collaborative, culturally attuned, and adaptable to shifting priorities Operates with integrity, authenticity, and accountability, embodying the organization's core values and commitment to sustainable excellence.
