Responsibilities The Opportunity The main purpose of this new and critical position is to support accelerated PepsiCo Foods North America scheduling of delivery, selling and merchandising roles to support ShiftSmart and Bringoz implementation and sustainment through: Scheduling roles with OT1 software and uploading into Salesforce.com Define/document updated process with output through Bringoz last mile management software and scheduling tools Influence local business teams to execute according to design and adherence to strategic objective Your Impact As GTM Analyst your functions would consist of: Leverage analytics and innovation tools to allow for efficient execution GTM solutions Operate and manage solution sessions with ZBT utilizing designed tools to solve complex go to market solutions Collaborate and influence within the cross functional teams with both HQ and Field Partners Support delivery of executable strategies that maximize GTM principles (drop size, Ecomm, optimization, segmented delivery and merchandising) focused on improved execution. Ensure all project design principals are being implemented and technology tools are fully utilized within program guardrails Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education English language proficiency, both verbal and written (CEFR, Level C1 or C2) Bachelor’s degree in engineering / management Experience Strong data analytic capabilities required OmnitracsOne software knowledge Consumer packaged goods experience in a direct store delivery environment A minimum of 3+ years’ PepsiCo Go to Market (GTM) experience preferred Previous project management experience in a DSD environment preferred Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, influencing, and follow up skills Ability to self-manage to plan and meet a daily agenda Must be self-motivated and work with little supervision Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
