Regional Sales Manager – NOLA (Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean)iMin Technologies is expanding its presence across the NOLA region and is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and strengthen our business ecosystem in Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean .We are looking for a sales professional with strong experience in the POS, AIDC or IT industry, and a solid understanding of regional market dynamics.Cultivate and manage strong relationships with distributors, resellers and major end users across the region, with a deep understanding of the POS market, payment solutions, payment terminals, self-service kiosks, self-checkout systems and related technologies, as well as knowledge of the main industry verticals and the key players within each of them (mainly vertical ISVs).Distributor Management : Forecast inventory for projects, maintain run-rate inventory, coordinate shipments, and manage and follow up on purchase orders.Identify emerging markets and uncover new sales opportunities.Sales Planning : Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets within the assigned territory.Competitive Analysis : Conduct market and competitor research to enhance our branding and market share.Lead Conversion : Follow up on qualified leads and convert them into long-term distributor and key account relationships.Operations : Support core operational processes, including analysis, justification and coordination with relevant stakeholders, for example certification consultants for NOM certifications required for new products in the Mexican market.Proven experience in sales management with a strong track record of results.Advanced English proficiency is required , both written and spoken.Results-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.Independent, self-driven professional with strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate across multicultural teams.Interested candidates may send their CV or LinkedIn profile to: hr@imin.
