The role collaborates with competency centers on efficiency, database integrity, fixed assets management, record keeping, and timely delivery according to plant requirements and new projects (production lines transfer, status of imports/exports).ResponsibilitiesGeneral knowledge of the import/export areasCustoms documentationAchieve the legal dispositions and applicable procedures by Customs and PlantCollaborate with Competency Centers efficientlyBusiness partnering with Custom Brokers and OperationsInventory control and database integrityFixed assets managementRecord keeping managementHTS classificationDevelop projects to improve administrative processesMake legal analyses of situations that arisePreparation of monthly metricsEnsure and control the service level of the Custom Brokers and OperationsPreparation, evaluation and management of internal policies and proceduresProcess mappingQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, International Trade, Finance, Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics2 years’ experience in managing high volumes of information, ability to analyze and detect risks, reporting; broad knowledge of foreign trade and customs laws relevant to the positionWork by objectives; knowledge of project managementExperience with procedures and Customs documentation necessary for clearance of goodsERP knowledge is a plus (SAP, JD Edwards, etc.)Advanced English (mandatory)Looking to make an IMPACT with your career?When you are thinking about joining a new team, culture matters.
