Job Description:

What will you do?

  • Take the Lead with These Responsibilities:

  • Assist in customs compliance activities for import/export operations under IMMEX and other trade programs.

  • Prepare and review customs documentation (pedimentos, invoices, packing lists).
  • Monitor shipments and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with customs brokers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and customs databases.
  • Support audits and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Who will you report to?

  • Reports to Customs Supervisor.
  • Works closely with Customs Coordinators, Logistics Team, and Finance.
  • This is a support role, offering visibility to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Currently pursuing a degree in International Business, Logistics, Customs, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of import/export processes and trade regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • English proficiency for handling bilingual documentation
