The Ideal Candidate:

Sermo is seeking a Financial Accountant to engage with our pharmaceutical companies and agency partners. Your role involves ensuring customer satisfaction through mail and invoice management, overseeing billing accuracy, and providing support for payroll, payments, and other operational aspects.

We are looking for a team player with a strong customer service approach and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Archive paid invoices
  • Archive Tax Folder
  • Secure confidential document archives
  • Process documents for supplier registration
  • Manage supplier invoices from receipt to payment
  • Handle Petty Cash Management
  • Prepare monthly expense budgets
  • Monitor monthly income and budget
  • Execute pre-payroll procedures
  • Process and record payroll entries
  • Review payroll taxes
  • Ensure timely payroll file upload for payment processing
  • Conduct Bank Reconciliations
  • Review Expenses and Bank Accounts
  • Update Payroll and Commercial Systems
  • Maintain Payroll Incidents Records
  • Manage IDSE and SUA movements
  • Assist in administrative tasks
  • Monitor Expense Reimbursements for travel
  • Generate and distribute payroll receipts

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting and Finance or related field
  • Proficient in Advanced English
  • Demonstrated skills in administrative control, planning, perseverance, initiative, teamwork, and quality service delivery
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with RTP tools, Interview 2, Salesforce, SAP, Office, or billing systems
  • Knowledge of general SAT provisions
  • Effective interdepartmental communication
  • Experience in Payroll, payments, and other support functions
