Join Our Team and Drive Digital Transformation at PepsiCo

At PepsiCo, we're embarking on an exciting journey of digitalization and capability-building across our global operations. As part of this strategy, we're enhancing our planning capabilities through innovative tools like Mosaic Planning. Mosaic is a cutting-edge, integrated platform designed to revolutionize our planning processes, making them more agile, efficient, and aligned with our business objectives.

Your Role: Data, IT & Business Analytics Coordinator**

Impact Responsibilities:

System Improvements : Collaborate closely with our FP&A and technical teams to identify and implement enhancements within IBM Planning Analytics, ensuring our systems are at the forefront of innovation. User Support: Provide exceptional support to our finance planning tool users, ensuring smooth operation throughout the forecast cycle and offering coverage during PST time zone working hours. Model Development/Enhancement: Take the lead in designing, developing, and maintaining planning analytics models within an iterative development environment, ensuring our models are always optimized for performance. Integration Solutions: Develop innovative solutions to seamlessly integrate various analytics platforms, enhancing our decision-making capabilities across the organization. Testing and Analysis: Coordinate user testing of system enhancements, patches, and upgrades, while also conducting thorough analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. Financial Planning and Reporting: Develop and maintain complex financial planning and reporting models, guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes. Qualifications

Who We're Looking For?

Experience:

Data Analyst Background: 3 to 5 years' experience in IT or business data analysis roles, with a proven track record of driving insights from complex datasets. Technical Proficiency: Fluent in English with strong knowledge of systems such as SAP, HFM, TM1, Alteryx, and others. Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, and more is highly desirable. SQL Mastery: Extensive hands-on experience with SQL and the ability to write complex queries to extract meaningful insights from data. Data Modeling: Experience in building and maintaining DDL data models, adapting them iteratively based on evolving business requirements. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of financial planning and control processes, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Time Management: Capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery of results.
