FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES:


Esta persona participará en una variedad de funciones regionales, principalmente en los procesos de planificación de la demanda, planificación de suministro y programación, apoyando al Departamento de Ventas y al Departamento de Planificación de la empresa en la creación del plan maestro.


Esta función realizará principalmente las siguientes tareas:

Planificación de la Demanda:

  • Crear, verificar y adaptar pronósticos estadísticos
  • Integrar las actividades de ventas en el pronóstico
  • Crear equilibrio entre oferta y demanda
  • Analizar la demanda de materiales y clientes críticos
  • Coordinar acciones especiales, fase de entrada / salida
  • Contacto de ventas para preguntas sobre inventario en lento movimiento, cambios en la estrategia de suministro

La planificación del suministro:

  • Reposición de inventario en el almacén
  • Manejar solicitudes de excepción del Servicio al Cliente
  • Responsabilidad de inventario / perfil de inventario
  • Supervisar y equilibrar el inventario y el servicio
  • Decisión sobre reprocesamiento, desecho para SMOB
  • Dr seguimiento a los materiales en Calidad, si pueden ser liberados
  • Actualización de datos maestros de material en relación con las pantallas MRP
  • Definir estrategias de planificación alineando y reportando producción y ventas.
  • Actualizar órdenes de transferencia de stock
  • Participar en reuniones de análisis estratégica
  • Persona de contacto de CS con respecto a la disponibilidad
  • Solucionar problemas cuando el CS tiene problemas para ingresar la orden de venta (problemas de datos maestros, plan incorrecto)
  • Organizar transporte urgente con logística / servicio al cliente
  • Contacto diario con equipos de la empresa (para organizar camiones, proporcionar disponibilidad, etc.)
  • Presión sobre CS / ventas para respetar los recortes y MOQ
  • Organizar muestras con servicio al cliente / ventas
  • Monitoreo diario del nível de servicio, motivos de análisis, análisis de brechas
  • Seguimiento diario de OOS / Backlog

REQUISITOS REQUERIDOS PARA EL PUESTO:

  • 12 años de experiência en Planificación, Logística y Fabricación u otras áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiência en el uso de herramientas / análisis de información masiva.
  • Conocimiento de gestión de bases de datos y habilidades de PC (usuario avanzado de MsExcel).
  • Certificado APICS (Deseable).
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
  • Detalle orientado.
  • Fuertes habilidades analíticas.
  • Conocimiento del proceso de planificación de la demanda dentro de cualquier producto empaquetado minorista / consumidor altamente complejo.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de previsión / gestión de demanda, previsión de procesos de ventas.
  • Análisis extenso de hojas de cálculo y sólidas habilidades matemáticas
  • Conocimiento de los procesos S&OP.
  • Experiência en la gestión del final del ciclo de vida.
  • Uso de idioma inglés básico intermedio, que sea capaz de comunicarse.
