Descripción y Requisitos

Propósito del puesto

Coordina los grupos técnicos de mantenimiento (Técnicos) sobre el adecuado mantenimiento del proceso y las actividades de mantenimiento de acuerdo con las estrategias definidas que se requieren tanto interna como externamente.


Principales Roles

Apoya la puesta en marcha de nuevos equipos y procesos: garantice el cumplimiento para cumplir con los hitos definidos del proyecto (construcciones de muestra, pre-PV, PV y SOP).

Coordinación de la ejecución del Programa de Mantenimiento Preventivo.
Coordinación del soporte de producción (Mantenimiento correctivo y cambios).
Gestión de los equipos técnicos.
Responsable del Proceso de Mejora Continua.
Responsable de los tiempos de inactividad técnicos y de calidad
Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
Máquinas de colocación, transporte, escáneres, marcado láser, inspección AOI/X, hornos de reflujo.
Optimización para aumentar el CPH.
Apoya la introducción de nuevos procesos/nuevas tecnologías en el área asignada.

Coordinar las actividades de ingeniería y mantenimiento de equipos para apoyar la producción (es decir, soporte técnico, definir e implementar cambios en los parámetros del proceso).

Apoya proyectos de mejora de procesos, especialmente de procesos y equipos generados por tiempos de inactividad técnica, rechazos y chatarra.

Supervise y garantice el cumplimiento de los objetivos técnicos de tiempo de inactividad, los objetivos de calidad y los problemas técnicos.

Apoyo y guía técnica del grupo mecánico.
Coordinar las actividades de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo en el área asignada.

Responsable final a través del grupo de ingeniería para el control de piezas de repuesto: definir las piezas de repuesto necesarias, el stock mínimo y máximo necesario en la cuna de herramientas, revisar y eliminar piezas obsoletas de la cuna de herramientas.

Monitorear y asegurar el cumplimiento de los gastos presupuestarios para pares de repuesto y materiales indirectos requeridos para el área.

Asegurar la competencia necesaria de los ingenieros y técnicos asignados en coordinación con JuP/TRN.
Implementación de iniciativas organizacionales con mínima orientación (TPM, QRS, Tooling Kanban, etc.).
Promover y apoyar el Sistema de Producción, CIP, Implementación de Políticas y Trabajo en Equipo.
Promover y apoyar los objetivos de Calidad y Medio Ambiente de la Planta.

Requerimientos para el puesto

Escolaridad:
Ingenieria (Industrial, Electrónica, Mecánica, Mecatrónica, Eléctrica, Electromecánica, Informática)

Experiência:
Mínimo de 5 años en SMT (Industria Automotriz).

Idioma:
Ingles (Intermedio-Avanzado)

Software:
Microsoft, Minitab, SAP, Solid Works, AutoCAD, GC Prevue, Panacim, DGS, DPO.

Conocimientos y habilidades
Desarrollar perfiles de temperatura de horno de reflujo.
Desarrollo y diseño de Herramientas, accesorios.
Desarrollar cronogramas de mantenimiento.
Plan de Control y creación de PFMEA.
Conocimiento de herramientas de resolución de problemas / certificado Black Belt, Shaining, Kepner Tregoe, etc.
Conocimientos sobre herramientas y softwares de Diseño y Programación para SMT.
Asesorar a las nuevas generaciones de ingeniería y llevarlas al éxito.
