Responsibilities
- Análisis anual para la distribución de la reserva de plan de pensiones y comunicación con los equipos extendidos.
- Elaboración de Anual Operating Plan y forecast de la reserva plan de pensiones para reporte al área de financial planning & administration
- Monitoreo y registros en SAP relacionados a la reserva de plan de pensiones para reporte en la cedulas en Oracle Hyperion Financial Management
- Elaboración y envío de reportes a LATAM relacionados a los movimientos de la reserva de plan de pensiones.
- Elaboración y envío de reportes internos al equipo del Centro de Servicios Compartidos para reporte en Hyperion Financial Management
- Elaboración trimestral de Forecast para reporte al equipo de Cash Flow
- Análisis y registro de costos adicionales relacionados a la reserva de plan de pensiones una vez confirmado el estudio actuarial.
- Actualización trimestral de forecast de la reserva de plan de pensiones con los consultores externos (Mercer), (solicitud de información a dueños de las iniciativas de productividad, análisis de variaciones contra forecast anterior y monitoreo de pagos)
- Elaboración de estados financieros bajo normas mexicanas
- Envío de reportes trimestrales a la Secretaría de economía
- Elaboración de presentación ejecutiva para el balance general del negocio de bebidas dando seguimiento con los dueños de cada línea del balance.
Qualifications
- Carrera en Contaduría pública, Administración y/o afín
- Fuertes conocimientos contables,
- Manejo de SAP
- Inglés intermedio avanzado
- Auto gestión e iniciativa con un alto nível de energía y responsabilidad
- Capacidad de análisis numérico
- Enfoque a resultados
- Trabajo bajo presión
- Comunicación asertiva y efectiva escrita y oral en Inglés-Español
